Lolli’s Cookie Carousel

My name is Julie Cianciolo and I am the creator and operator of Lolli’s Cookie Carousel, LLC. After taking it easy for a couple of years after retirement, I decided to learn how to make special cookies for my family in December 2020. I loved it! I’m now making beautiful, delicious cookies for friends and family for any occasion (or no occasion at all!). It’s such a pleasure to tap into my more creative and artistic side.

I chose my company name because Lolli is my ‘grandma’ name (that’s me and Pops and our precious grand baby in the pic), and our senior rescue dachshund is Cleo Carousel, and we wanted her to be represented 😀

When creating my cookies I use only the best ingredients available. I strive to make my cookies taste just as wonderful as they look!

As a cottage baker, I do all of my baking at home. But don’t worry – Cleo’s favorite place is a pillow on the couch, so she’s not in the kitchen while Lolli is baking!

I truly do enjoy making and decorating cookies, and I welcome the challenge of creating a cookie that will not only be eye-catching, but delicious as well!
